We're looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday for the Garden's first work party of 2022!
Here's the plan for Saturday:
9 am - Work Party
- Welcome & new gardener orientation
- Greenhouse plots lottery
- Garden maintenance - Choose your work party task from the list posted on the Shed
Bring gloves :) - Garden stewards - Gardeners interested in becoming garden stewards for the 2022 season can sign up through the list that will also be posted on the Shed. Garden Stewards play a valuable role in the maintenance of the garden by volunteering to take care of a common area of the garden (tool shed, compost bin, community blackberries, flower beds, etc). Janie, our garden manager will be here to answer your questions. 12 pm - Lunch - Bring a dish to share - BYO eating utensils, a plate, drinks - Pizza will be provided See you soon!
